James Dell Talarico is an American politician and former teacher. A Presbyterian, James is a member of the Texas House of Representatives (D).
In this video, he speaks in opposition to the passage of SB 10, requiring the Ten Commandments be displayed in public school classrooms in Texas. He also challenges the notion that Sunday is the Sabbath.
